I’m a woman of a certain age and during the pandemic had let my hair revert to its dull now brown colour! Used to be blonde. Plucked up the courage to have it highlighted again as an important birthday was imminent. Dear Laetitia was an absolute STAR, not only was my hair a RESOUNDING SUCCESS, but we had lovely chats and several giggles. HIGHLY RECCOMEND PALMS - excellent hairdressers and delightful girls.

I had my hair cut and colour done last week in Palms by Laetitia and I’m so pleased with the colour and cut it looks great. I have also just returned today with my daughter and she had a balayage colour and it’s stunning so natural! This was then finished off with a blow dry & curl.
We give to a lovely Salon and a great service at reasonable prices.

I popped in today unbooked and they were able to give me a cut! I’m 15 and revived a cut and style for only £20. I’m extremely pleased with the cut and my hairdresser was extremely lovely and made it a pleasant experience. 10/10 cut and 10/10 staffing. 100% recommend :))

My pre-teen daughter hates getting her hair cut and it’s always a battle. Laetitia listened to what she wanted and gently encouraged more off the length and some shaping. My daughter was really pleased with the end result and can’t wait to go back! Really friendly and relaxed salon - we definitely recommend. Thank you

Dorking High Street is full of Hairdressers but Dorking Hight Street hasn’t met Palms until now! Laetitia and Emma are honestly the best that Dorking has to offer, friendly relaxed , they let me bring my puppy in, offered up a welcome Nespresso Coffee in a relaxed and warm environment. So refreshing , a personal touch and it was a pleasure to be pampered and have a hair cut at the same time!
